HomeMed home infusion services specializes in providing the highest quality pharmaceutical and related services in the home. Our pharmacists and supportive staff have experience in home IV infusion therapies with both adult and pediatric patients. We utilize state-of-the art equipment in preparation and delivery of IV infusion therapy.
As part of the University of Michigan Health System Home Care Services, HomeMed collaborates with a team of specialized departments with the common goal of serving the patients of the UMHS in their homes or during the transition to home care from the hospital.
HomeMed is able to bill most insurances, Medicare, and Medicaid directly. Professionals handle all the paperwork. We bill third parties directly and accept assignment for most payers.
Making a Difference
Patients, their families, visitors and staff can recognize employee contributions through our Making a Difference award. Just go online or use one of the paper nomination forms available in clinics or departments. Awardees receive a pin, a Making a Difference certificate and are invited to a special awards reception.
