Maternal Infant Health Program

After careful review and consideration, we have made the decision to close our Maternal Infant Health Program (MIHP). We have been honored to provide MIHP services to the community for many years; however, due to a variety of considerations, we can no longer continue providing these services.

Michigan Medicine and the MIHP team are committed to supporting you through this transition. We will work closely with you to help transfer your care to another Maternal Infant Health Program of your choosing to make sure that you still get the care you need. Your physician knows that the program is closing. Our services will end on August 2, 2026.

After you choose a new Maternal Infant Health Program provider, please call the MIHP Transition Team at (734) 477-7238, Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00PM to plan the transfer of your care and records.
