Making a Difference
Patients, their families, visitors and staff can recognize employee contributions through our Making a Difference award. Just go online or use one of the paper nomination forms available in clinics or departments. Awardees receive a pin, a Making a Difference certificate and are invited to a special awards reception.

If you have a concern, the recommended first course of action is talking to a member of the health care team that provided your care, treatment, or service. You can contact your Wheelchair Seating Service health care team using our toll-free number, 1.877.868.8889.
If a health care team member is unable to resolve your concern, please contact Patient Relations & Clinical Risk. Our staff provide an objective environment for you to raise concerns and ask questions. We will address your concerns in a fair and reasonable way, and ensure an impartial review.
